DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT
Current as of July 2026. PepOS is a tracking and communication tool — not a medical device. It logs care a licensed provider prescribed and never sells, sources, recommends, or doses any medication.
You can permanently delete your PepOS account and all of your data at any time. There are two ways:
Fastest — in the app
Open PepOS → Settings (⚙) → Delete my account → confirm. Your data is removed right away and you're signed out.
Or request it here
Email contact@peposhealth.com from the address on your account, with the subject "Delete my PepOS account." We'll confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days (usually much sooner).
What gets deleted
- Your account and profile.
- Everything you logged: meals and photos, weights, injections, symptoms, and mood / Life Signal entries.
- Your connection to any clinic.
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. If you are on a subscription, cancel it in your Apple App Store or Google Play account — store subscriptions are managed there, not by us.
