TERMS OF SERVICE

These terms govern your use of the PepOS app and website, provided by PepOS Health LLC. By using PepOS you agree to them.

What PepOS is — and isn't

• PepOS is a tracking and communication tool. It logs, displays, and transmits information — it does not diagnose, treat, cure, or provide medical advice, and it is not a medical device.
• PepOS never sells, sources, recommends, or doses any medication or peptide. It contains no dose calculators, dosing instructions, or protocols. Questions about your medication go to your provider.
• PepOS only reflects care that a licensed provider prescribed. It connects you to your own license-verified clinician; it does not replace them.

Eligibility

You must be 18 or older and using PepOS in connection with care from a licensed provider.

Providers

Clinicians who run a clinic on PepOS are credential-verified before they can connect patients. Providers are solely responsible for all clinical and dosing decisions for their patients.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information and keep your login secure.
• Use PepOS only for your own tracking and communication with your care team.
• In an emergency, call 911. For mental-health crisis, call or text 988. Do not use PepOS for emergencies.

Subscriptions

Optional patient subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play and managed in your store account. Clinic activation and billing happen separately on the web dashboard, not inside the app.

No warranty; limits

PepOS is provided "as is." Estimates (such as meal protein/calories) are approximate and informational. To the extent permitted by law, PepOS is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and clinical decisions remain the provider's and yours.

Ending your account

You may delete your account and data any time in Settings → Delete my account or at peposhealth.com/delete-account.
